Duties
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Demonstrate computer literacy by efficiently using various software applications, including Housecall Pro.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Support personal assistant functions as needed, including travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office productivity and efficiency.
Skills
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Proficient in clerical tasks with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to maintain high standards of written communication.
- High level of computer literacy, particularly with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
