The Maintenance Technician reports to the Service Manager, and is responsible for performing a range of HVAC jobs for light commercial and residential customers.

A Maintenance Technician must be able to perform maintenace on heating and cooling systems. We have a Customer Advantage Plan membership that service is a white glove maintenace in addition to our regular maintenance. Must be reliable, dependable and willing to learn.

 Duties include:

• Able to preform routine HVAC service activities without regular on-site assistance.
• Communicate upfront pricing before completion of repairs with homeowners and building owners.
• Provide referrals for qualified leads to the sales staff.
• Performing related duties as directed by the Service Manager.

 
Job Qualifications: 

• High school graduate, GED or suitable equivalent.
• 2 years HVAC experience preferred.
• Good verbal and reading skills and to clearly communicate with residential and commercial customers, suppliers, and other JC Warner employees.
• On-call rotation for after hours, weekends, holidays. 
• Physically agile and able to work in confined spaces in all weather conditions.
• Current Maryland drivers license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work under pressures of time, a non-standard schedule, customer needs, and backlog constraints.
