Responsibilities
- Follow scope of work with preparation, application, and clean up.
- Provide safe working environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Manage timelines.
- Provide excellent customer service to customer, subcontractors and co-workers.
Qualifications
- High quality workmanship
- Proficiency with painting tools (rollers, spray guns, brushes).
- Knowledge of different coatings - paints, stains, varnishes, and sealants.
- Must have a valid Driver’s license.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects
Training Requirements
- OSHA 10 & 30 Training is a plus, may be required within 6 months with training provided.
- Additional Safety certifications may be required with training provided.
