Job Summary
Looking for a dependable person to help me assemble sheds and do make ready apartments and various property maintenance throughout Oklahoma Along with various other small construction project. I am a small business but growing fast and am looking to put together a crew to take on bigger projects.pay starts at $100 dollars a day for training for first 5 days then goes to of what we bring in for the day/week so bigger/more jobs equals more money for you. Some days will be long most will be short depending on how fast we work together. This job is Ideal for some one who is willing to grow with a small company
Responsibilities
- Assist with framing, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, and drywall installation to support project timelines and quality standards
- Operate hand tools, power tool, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively on various job sites
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute tasks such as fixture installation, cabinetry, and door hanging
- Perform concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, and water damage restoration as needed for diverse projects
- Conduct heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety protocols at all times
- Support restoration efforts including plastering, stucco application, mold remediation, and water damage repair
- Assist with metal stud framing, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical wiring support, plumbing rough-ins, and other specialized trades as required
Requirements

- Must have reliable transportation.
- Proven experience in construction or construction related site environments with a strong understanding of safety procedures
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding systems, and schematics reading
- Knowledge of various carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, woodworking, and fixture installation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday
- understanding construction plans for accurate project execution
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
