Job Overview
JCPenney is seeking an energetic, results-driven Operations Supervisor to join our leadership team. Compensation: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience and locationBonus Eligibility: This role may be eligible for performance-based incentives or store bonus programs, depending on location and company performance.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, including receiving, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
- Lead, coach, and motivate associates to meet operational and customer service goals.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain an organized, safe, and efficient stockroom.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development of team members.
- Execute merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and seasonal transitions.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Partner with store leadership to achieve sales, service, and operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with inventory, logistics, or operations is preferred.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for developing others.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
