Job Summary
Welcoming all to apply from career change to position change - we are seeking ENTRY LEVEL TO SENIOR LEVEL Sales Representatives to generate new business in the INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR sectors through networking and build strong relationships within the construction / remodeling / building industry. In this role, you will work with homeowners, business owners, and property managers to provide products or services that meet their project needs. These projects can range from handyman repairs to large scale construction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales at any level and has an interest in construction or building materials.

Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and construction companies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Negotiate pricing
- Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and competitors
- Attend job sites when needed
- Experience in sales, construction, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships and network within the industry
- Basic understanding of construction materials or willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license (often required for site visits)
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with building materials, roofing, HVAC, or general contracting
