As a JC Licht service professional, we train you to sell Hunter Douglas products and our extensive line of soft window treatment products, ensuring the ability to offer expert advice to assist our clients every step of the way!
As part of our Design team, your focus will be to assist clients in the selection of custom window treatments in their homes or businesses. We are looking for someone to service our customers in Madison, Wisconsin. Whether the customer is a homeowner, designer, local business, hotel, municipality or school, the objective is to meet their needs in a manner that represents the JC Licht premium brand name and “Make it Happen” credo.

Available 5 days a week - 4 days a week for in-home appointments and 1 day for administrative work
Weekend and evening availability required

Requirements:- Must have own transportation to commute to multiple locations/home sites.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to navigate software programs and prepare quotes.
- Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
- Ability to drive sales and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Excellent follow up skills to earn sales and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with In-store associates to service customers in a manner that best suits their needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience; some college preferred.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Strong written, verbal skills and computer skills.
- Experience in window treatments, interior design and/or experience for other home improvement/design product lines a PLUS.
