This is a full-time, immediate opening with benefits.

Requirements:

• HME or DME company managing experience required
• Experience in setting up CPAP, BiPAP, Home Ventilation Therapy & Oxygen and other Respiratory Therapy equipment
• Strong knowledge of Medicare DME/HME industry coverage and payment policy required for CPAP, BiPAP, ventilation
• Licensed Respiratory Therapist preferred or Registered Nurse with experience in respiratory equipment
• Energetic and motivated personality, that leads by example
• Knowledge of various types of mask interface systems
• Consult with physicians to develop patient treatment plans
• Staff management to include but not limited to: hire, train, retrain staff, and perform periodic evaluations
• Enforce safety rules and ensure careful adherence to physicians' orders
• Computer proficiency
• Evaluate existing processes and make recommendations for maximum efficiency
• Oversee, monitor, analyze Quality Outcomes data, and reporting and make recommendations for system wide action plans for improvement to ensure regulatory readiness and quality outcomes
• Process improvement, and the development of policies and procedures
• Motivate and inspire staff to be productive and reach their maximum potential
• Create a cohesive team that is focused on achieving goals and milestones
• Possesses communication skills that demonstrate the ability to develop consensus among staff and management
• Brightree experience or similar DME software application preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.26 - $30.00 per hour
