Requirements:
- Customer service experience in an office/administrative environment
- Experience in Medicare and commercial insurance benefit verification
- DME/HME experience required
- Preference given to bilingual \"English/Spanish\"
- High level of comfort on the phone
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Experience with computers, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Friendly/outgoing personality and a passion for helping people and a positive attitude
- Adaptable to change
- Good attendance is a must!
