Entry-Level Class A CDL Driver - Regional Reefer

Looking to launch or continue your CDL career? We're hiring full-time CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional refrigerated route based out of the Dallas, TX area. You'll run reliable lanes, earn pay that climbs the longer you're with us, and get full benefits right away. Never driven professionally before? No problem - we'll train you from scratch.

What You'll Earn:
- $72,800-$83,200 a year on average
- $1,400-$1,600 a week on average
- 1,800-2,000 miles weekly
- $25 stop pay
- $25 for your first extra stop
The Basics:
- Full-time regional position
- Reefer freight - live load and live unload, plus drop-and-hook
- Home schedule varies by domicile (Daily, weekly, biweekly,)
- Both day and night shifts, weekends required
- Holiday runs expected unless you've arranged time off in advance
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Recent CDL school graduates are Needed
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Safe driving record
- Experienced CDL-A drivers are encouraged to apply
On the Job:
- Operate your assigned truck safely on regional routes
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections
- Keep ELD logs accurate and up to date
- Stay compliant with DOT and company safety standards
- Keep dispatch updated on your progress
