CDL-A OTR Dry Van Driver – Dedicated Account – Home Weekly – Waco, TX
We is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated dry van account running out of Waco,TX. This account runs for one consistent shipper with steady freight, familiar dispatch planners, and predictable weekly routines - a solid fit for a driver who wants fewer surprises and more routine.

Pay & Earnings
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,500–$1,700
- Estimated Annual Pay: $78,000–$88,400
- Weekly Mileage: 2,000–2,500 miles
- Stop Pay: $15.00 per additional stop
- Paid downtime on the occasions freight is delayed
Home Time & Schedule
- Home once a week
- Both day and night shift assignments
- Weekend availability required
- Some customer deliveries require early (5 AM) unload windows
- Regular time-off requests accommodated
Route & Freight
- Single shipper - consistent business, not a mixed-customer account
- Live unload and preload freight
- Drivers work with the same dispatch planners rather than rotating contacts
- Ability to park and break at the final delivery point
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
- Clean safety record, must maintain an ongoing high safety score
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- This account does not currently accept team drivers, trainees, or owner-operators
