We are looking for an Assistant Manager Trainee to aid with our increasing efforts to broaden our charity partners' impact on the local community. Our focus is on bridging the gap between our clients and potential donors. By managing and hosting events in the local community, we can connect with various community members while contributing to a greater cause.
We are currently seeking someone to join our team as an Assistant Manager Trainee. We are looking for someone who has a passion for helping people, someone who is energetic, and someone who is career-oriented and looking for more than just a “job.”
Assistant Manager Trainee Responsibilities:
- Complete training on how to develop a fundraising campaign and research the market for the target audience of our potential donors
- Cultivate and develop strong relationships across departments and with team members
- Follow all client guidelines when accepting donations and ensure each donation is recorded correctly
- Attend daily team meetings with other Business Management Associate’s where goals are discussed and contribute any additional thoughts or ideas to help achieve these goals
- Receive further training and development from members of our leadership and management teams to be able to grow within our organization
Assistant Manager Trainee Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience working as a Business Management Associate, involved with a charity, fundraising, or other people-facing positions
- Must have a passion for helping others and working in a team environment
- Must have exceptional communication skills to communicate effectively with members of the community and members of or team as well
- Must be a student to receive our training
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to grow within our organization is a plus!

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
