Full Time Window Washing Position

Here at JC Cleaning we are hiring a full time technician.

This sounds like a dream come true but we hold our tech team to the up most standard with all of our clients. It is hard work so be prepared.

Responsibilities:

• - Clean exterior windows of commercial and residential properties
• - Pressure wash around exterior parts of properties

Requirements:

• - Prefer to have someone with some experience of exterior home cleaning but not necessary
• - Training and equipment will be provided
• - NEEDS to have a car to drive
• - Must have a clean criminal background
• - Must be reliable and on time (We do not tolerate any late/no shows to jobs)

Skills:

• - Experience in window cleaning or related field preferred
• - Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and custodial practices preffered but not required
• - Ability to work independently and efficiently
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high quality work
• - Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
• - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and address any concerns
• Able to hit all KPI's weekly

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

• This position pays $200 - $300 per day based on performance. Are you comfortable with this pay structure.
