Position Summary

The QA Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of services provided across JC BestCare programs. This role ensures compliance with internal policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement in human services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of client files, documentation, and service delivery processes.
  • Monitor compliance with agency policies, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with program staff to implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain QA tracking systems and reports.
  • Assist in preparing for external audits and inspections.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and documentation practices.
  • Participate in incident reviews and ensure proper follow-up and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all QA activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or case management within a human services or healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
