Automotive Social Media & Content Creator

We’re Looking for a Social Media Creator Who Knows How to Get Attention!
Our growing automotive dealership is looking for a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy Content Creator to take our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and other social platforms to the next level.
This is not a traditional desk marketing job. We want someone who understands short-form video, knows what people are watching right now, and can turn cars into content that gets views, messages, leads, and sales.
What You'll Do
- Create and post engaging TikToks, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and Stories
- Film vehicles using your phone/camera and create professional-looking short-form videos
- Come up with creative ideas, hooks, trends, captions, and concepts
- Feature our inventory in entertaining and informative videos
- Be comfortable occasionally appearing on camera and/or working with sales staff on camera
- Edit videos using apps such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar
- Manage and maintain our social-media presence
- Respond to social-media inquiries and help turn online interest into dealership visits
- Monitor views, engagement, messages, leads, and other results
- Stay current with TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, formats, and algorithms
- Help create a recognizable personality and brand for our dealership

- You understand cars or are excited to learn about them
- You can work independently without someone telling you what to post every day

- You care about results, not just likes and followers
- You have examples of videos or social-media accounts you've created

If you don't have professional automotive experience, that's okay. Show us what you can create.
We're much more interested in your creativity, personality, consistency, and ability to create engaging content than in a long résumé.
What Success Looks Like
Our goal isn't simply to gain followers.
We want our social media to help us:
Get attention → Generate inquiries → Bring customers to the dealership → Sell cars.
You'll have the opportunity to build the dealership's social-media presence from the ground up and have your creativity directly connected to real business results.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok
- Ability to create and edit short-form videos
- Smartphone capable of producing high-quality video
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and consistent
- Creative and self-motivated
- Comfortable working around cars and customers
- Previous social-media/content experience preferred
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
Competitive pay based on experience and ability.
Additional performance incentives may be available based on content performance, lead generation, and overall results.
