- Determine optimal stock levels, identifying potential shortages or overstocks, and recommending appropriate replenishment levels while adjusting as needed
- Perform MRP report to identify and suggest replenishment stock orders within ERP system
- Conduct daily bill of material planning reviews to initiate sourcing and purchasing requirements
- Responsible for maintaining inventory part information within ERP system.
- Work closely with sales & operations to forecast and maintain appropriate equipment stock levels
- Implementation and maintenance of key inventory planning metrics.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to reduce excess and obsolete inventory
- Utilizing data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in inventory management and demand planning
- Generating regular reports on inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and other key performance indicators
- Support company initiatives in safety, quality, and productivity goals and objectives
- Compile inventory reports and issue them to management when required
- Previous inventory management experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated aptitude for maintaining inventory accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work in a climate-controlled factory
- Stand continuously for long periods of time
- Wearing safety clothing and equipment is required
- Able to kneel, bend, crouch and climb ladders to access various parts of a machine
- Able to lift-up to 60Ibs
