What You'll Do
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production processes and make routine adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and resolve routine problems independently.
- Perform machine setups and changeovers as required.
- Handle materials and support production flow throughout the work area.
- Complete basic equipment maintenance and inspections.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and report issues to supervisors.
- Follow established safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with training and mentoring new operators.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and support process enhancements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery and production equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
