What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrician I position at JBT Marel?
Performs installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment at customer sites
Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues using schematics, diagrams, and testing equipment.
Follows standard operating procedures and safety guidelines and established procedures to complete assigned work.
Maintains accurate records of service activities, parts used, and customer interactions.
Communicates with customers to provide updates and technical support during service visits.
Maintains tools, equipment, and assigned company assets.
Participates in training to stay current with new technologies and products.
Adheres to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintains a high level of professionalism with internal and external Customers.
Assists with inventory management and preparation of service materials.
Assists in commissioning and testing of new equipment installations.
Collaborates with other technicians and engineers to resolve service issues.
Supports continuous improvement efforts in field service operations.
