About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at jbs. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to fulfill customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production planning, inventory control, warehousing personnel, transportation, quality assurance, research and development, sales, and the customer to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain a current and accurate procedures manual, detailing the processing requirements for each assigned account.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot production and transportation issues to coordinate customers' orders.
- Confirm pricing and acknowledge order entry within 24 hours of receipt of order, ensuring proper invoicing of accounts by verifying and confirming customer pricing and contract prices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including orders and complaints.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
