General Description
Job responsibilities:
Creating manifests
Billing orders as they close (leave) shipping
Resolve any discrepancy preventing the bill with shipping department
Generate invoices – confirm pricing, pallets, freight rates, and PO numbers
Update tracking spreadsheets daily
Prepare and handle export documents
Other clerical duties as assigned
Systems Used: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, ECS, and a 10-key calculator are used daily. General computer knowledge, effective communication skills, & the ability to multi-task are required.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Recommended 6 Months office experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Weekend availability may be required
Ability to multi-task
Strong Attention to detail
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in states where it is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for any given position, compensation ranges are specific to those states and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficienciesfor the role.
