- Supervising a team of employees, up to 15, to achieve business results.
- Achieves production targets in a safe and efficient manner.

- Keep up-to-date on all company safety policies, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
- Notify maintenance of issues regarding equipment maintenance.
- May assume other duties as assigned.
