3rdShift Sanitation Worker/ Clean-Up

Functional Requirements

• Position requires individual to clean and sanitize machinery and floors in a production line setting
• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around assigned area.
• Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to walk up 4 – 8 hours’ daily.
• Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Must be able to work in a cold and damp environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs on occasion
• Ability to stoop and bend at the waist on occasion.
• Follows all lock-out, tag-out procedures
• Performs other duties as needed.
  
  

Working Conditions

• Production and maintenance settings
• Exposure to various chemicals, machinery, and knives
• Slippery floors, coldtemperatures, and loud ambient noise
• Ability to work 50 hours
• Good attendance and safety records
• Must follow all JBS safety policies and procedures.
