SAFETY SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
• Investigate industrial accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine causes and preventive measures.
• Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes.
• Conduct or coordinate worker training in areas such as safety laws and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment.
• Compile, analyze, and interpret statistical data related to occupational illnesses and accidents.
• All other duties assigned by the Safety and Health Manager Qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience in manufacturing setting
- 1 years’ experience in management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Bachelor Degree in a related field preferred
- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Work in a fast pace environment where beef is processed
- Able to work at least 50 hours a week
- Must be a highly effective communicator**

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
