Production Supervisor -
We are looking for a Production Supervisor for JBS/Memphis Tn. Plant.
This position will be responsible forsupervision of all aspects of assignedproductionmeat line(s). Take directions from theProductionManager onscheduling, line preparation, and meatproductionexecution. Directsupervisorfor assignedproductionemployees. Managesproductionfor day-to-day control of assigned department activities according to prescribedschedules of priorities,productionflow, and processingspecifications to ensureproductionefficiencies are met. Evaluates assigned work performance and takes corrective action. Leads, coaches, and trains assigned personnel to workstandards and ensuredsaidstandards are being followed constantly.
Essentialjobduties
Must be able to work for long hours in a no-kill food processing environment, where it is wet, damp, and cold. Temperatures are frequently below freezing, and employees are expected to remain in these conditions for most of their workdays.
