Key Responsibilities
- Review and select the correct production order using a touchscreen computer.
- Collaborate with line feeders to ensure proper product flow.
- Inspect packages for defects/correct and accurate label placement.
- Pack the correct number of packages into each box according to product requirements.
- Use a foot pedal to advance completed boxes down the line.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines.
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills, including navigating and selecting orders on a touchscreen system.
- Ability to lift at least 15 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when verifying order numbers and label accuracy.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (45°F).
- Ability to distinguish numbers and ensure accurate counts.
- Good vision for checking label placement and quality.
