LEAD QA NSIS TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable in production areas of the department, including product flow, specs, and quality.
- Knowledgeable of all positions on the hot side for the QA department.
- Supervise QA employees.
- Monitor and ensure proper procedures, safety, and cleanliness of production of product.
- Perform various quality control functions, including but not limited to, line inspection and audits.
- Inspect various product to assure compliance with Company specifications.
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience working in Quality Assurance
- Ability to communicate in English (both written and verbally)
- Communicate comfortably with management
- Computer skills
- Production experience, preferred in a food processing facility
- Good people skills, ability to work well with others
- Leadership skills
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
