What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2ND SHIFT BILLING CLERK position at JBS USA?
Job Type: Management Support
Hours: 3pm-11pm (Swing Shift hours, including holidays, Saturday & Sunday)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Know all processes of billing out any type of load (i.e. trachea, employee meat sale, tallow, etc.)
- Know the process of rebilling
- Know the process of clearing up failed orders in order to invoice
- Know how to hand bill and who to contact to get confirmation to hand bill
- Know all SOP’s for invoicing
- Know how to file invoices and actively file at least 2x a week
- Be able to communicate effectively between billing team, security team, shipping team,and billing supervisor
- Know how to fill out EV forms for export loads
- Be able to work Saturday’s and Sundays on call shifts
- Be able to be on call for one paid holiday in each calendar year
- Be able to perform other duties as assigned by management
