Reservations/booking systems experience, ideally Seaware or comparable cruise/travel platforms such as DTS or iTravel
Cruise line, airline, hotel, travel, or hospitality industry experience with sales-channel/reservations workflows
10 years of project/program management experience delivering enterprise software implementations end-to-end; PMP or equivalent preferred
Multi-vendor implementation leadership with responsibility for scope, timelines, SLAs, and Business/IT coordination
