Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in investment performance measurement and analytics
- Solid understanding of performance calculations (e.g., returns, attribution, benchmarking)
- Experience working with SMA (Separately Managed Accounts) or similar investment products
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, data manipulation, reporting)
- Strong data management and validation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and investment professionals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with performance systems/tools (e.g., FactSet, Bloomberg, Eagle, etc.)
- Background in asset management, wealth management, or financial services
- Exposure to client reporting and marketing performance materials
