Duties
- Supervise night operations, including greeting/ checking out customers
- Oversee night processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping
- Manage customer relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience
- Lead and supervise night staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high service standards
- Coordinate security protocols and ensure safety procedures are followed
- Maintain compliance with restaurant policies, health & safety regulations, and hospitality standards
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within hospitality or management settings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team during night shifts
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including front of the house functions, customer services, and night procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer relations and conflict resolution
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and staff
