JBS Carriers is a leading multi-state and regional truckload carrier specializing in refrigerated and non-refrigerated freight, including live haul (cattle, hogs and poultry), tankers, container chassis and grain hoppers. TEAM DRIVERS NEEDED
NEWLY INCREASED PAY OF $3,200 PER WEEK (SPLIT PAY) FOR TEAMS!!
Driver Pay Rates:
- Team Drivers Earn $160,000 - $166,000 per year (split pay)
- Earn $3,200 per week (split pay)
- Detention pay of $16.50 per hour
- Layover pay of $16.50 per hour
- Breakdown pay of $16.50 per hour
- Paid lumpers (no driver unloads unless they choose to)
- Eligible for monthly safety bonus

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
- $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
- $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
Work & Route
- Specialized, Dedicated Runs
- TEAMS & SOLOS NEEDED
- Running Area: Cactus, TX to Chino, CA with no extra stops or pickups
- Work Schedule: Weekly home time
CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
- Must have 48’-53' tractor trailer experience
- Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
Salary : $160,000 - $166,000
