Driver Pay Rates:
- Earn $73,000 - $80,000 per year
- Earn $1,600 - $1,800/week based on experience
- $20 Saturday pay as scheduled
- $20 per load for loading and unloading: Wait time at unloading $12 hour after 30 min
- $25 Self Washout at Simplot
- $20 per load which covers loading and unloading
- Daily minimum pay when in training
- Holiday pay $150 based on driver availability
- Breakdown pay: $12/hour for up to 8 hours
- Orientation Pay: $600 (upon completion of orientation)

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:

Work & Route:
- More than Driving: the job requires coordinating load info with the plants, dispatch, and feed lots; drivers must also ensure the safe, humane handling of livestock.
- Work week: Monday—Friday with Saturday rotation (will be told ahead of time)
- Daily Home Time
- Loading locations: Malta, ID; Idaho Falls, ID; Grand View, ID; Parma, ID; Fort Morgan, CO; Torrington, WY; Scottsbluff, NE, Nyssa, OR; Wheatland, WY
CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
- Must have 48’-53' tractor trailer experience
- Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
