No Cattle Hauling Experience? No Problem! JBS Carriers Will Train You!
Driver Pay Rates:
- Earn $76,000 - $88,000 per year
- Monday - Friday daily pay: $290
- Daily inspection pay: $13 per 60-minute work session
- Winter "Chip Out" (November 1st - February 28th): $20 for each instance
- Daily minimum pay when in training
- Wait time: Starts after 90 minutes
- Loading/unloading pay

- Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal
Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
- $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
- $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
Work & Route:
- More than Driving: the job requires coordinating load info with the plants, dispatch, and feed lots; drivers must also ensure the safe, humane handling of livestock.
- Work week: Monday—Friday
- Daily Home Time
- Running Regions: Sale barns and farmer feeders in WI, MN, IA, IL and MI

CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
- Must have 48’-53' tractor trailer experience
- Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
