Driver Pay Rates:
- Earn $75,000 - $92,000 per year
- Paid by the Load: average of $1,500 a week
- Paid Wait Time during loading and unloading
- Orientation pay

$5,000 RETENTION BONUS!!

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
- $50 every week of your referred driver's first year

Work & Route:
- Days and Hours: Monday through Friday; occasional Saturdays; early morning start times (2 to 6 AM) until 3 PM or later.
- Driving Region: various local feed yards
- More than Driving: the job requires coordinating load info with the plants, dispatch, and feed lots; drivers must also ensure the safe, humane handling of livestock.

CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
- Must have 48’-53' tractor trailer experience
- Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
