What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a field survey crew during daily operations to efficiently collect field data
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment for crew members and equipment
- Maintain detailed and organized field notes
- Deliver accurate and precise field data to the office
- Train survey crew in survey and mapping methods, equipment uses, and field safety procedures
- At least 5 years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with data collection equipment
- Preferred: AutoCAD experience
- Preferred: FDOT experience and knowledge of FDOT surveying/mapping procedures
