Key Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries regarding travel and reservation options
- Gather information about client preferences, dates, destinations, and travel needs
- Research available accommodations, cruises, tours, resorts, and vacation packages
- Assist clients with reservation details using approved travel supplier platforms
- Verify booking information for accuracy
- Provide clients with relevant confirmation and travel information
- Assist with reservation updates and changes when needed
- Communicate with suppliers regarding reservation questions
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Provide professional follow-up throughout the reservation process
- Stay informed about supplier policies and destination information
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working with computers and online systems
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client requests
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
