Overview
Join our team as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative. This role is seasonal and part-time, with the option to grow. We are a small, local company on the Iron Range with an experienced, tight-knit crew specializing in septic work and gravel sales. We're primarily looking for someone to work in the office, but the right person could also branch out to equipment operating and small truck deliveries.
Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting customers and answering phones.
- Handle data entry tasks.
- Perform cashier/point-of-sale duties.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling.
- Assist with office maintenance, including organizing and cleaning space.
- Potential to use equipment to load customers and make small deliveries.
Requirements
- Enjoys working with people and helping customers.
- Interested in varied work.
- Ability to pick up new tasks quickly.
- Excellent etiquette and cordial demeanor.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools.
