Key Responsibilities:

• Managing project portfolios to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Setting up and establishing a Project Management Office (PMO)
• Leading the creation of the project charter, management plan, and detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
• Directing, managing, monitoring, and controlling all aspects of the project through completion.
• Meeting with project stakeholders to clarify scope and reviewing requirements for approval.
• Developing and managing detailed project schedules, including Gantt charts, and analyzing critical paths and key workstreams.
• Establishing, monitoring, and maintaining project budgets in coordination with leadership.
• Partnering with teams to create and maintain project Quality Plans utilizing appropriate quality planning tools.
• Developing and tracking risk management plans, including risk identification, analysis, and mitigation monitoring.
• Contributing to procurement strategy and collaborating on partner selection when applicable.
• Estimating, acquiring, and assigning project team resources; defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Providing performance feedback to functional managers when appropriate.
• Developing stakeholder management plans based on expectations analysis.
• Executing project communication strategies for both internal teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 4 years of relevant work experience in project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills.
• Bringing experience in medical device or pharmaceutical environments (considered a plus).
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of quality systems and compliance requirements.
