What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at JBK?
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
· MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
Prepare and manage subcontract documents (and all related forms)
· Review, research and correct daily submittals
· Project cost accounting (productions/budget)
· Responsible for all project purchase order/payable approval
· Responsible for all project billing documentation, creation, submittal and collection
· Prepare project weekly status and cost reports with variance analysis
· Monthly cost to complete analysis
· Update project files as needed with pertinent information
· Coordinate submittal of all required project documents (customer, government, etc)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51, $67,000.00 per year
