What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host position at JBJs?
We are seeking a dedicated Host to join our team. As a Host, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the full experience of JBJs Nash for our guests.
Responsibilities :
- Greeting customers, in a welcoming manner, upon entry and either seating them or informing them of wait times.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to the best of your ability
- Support FOH staff when possible
- Qualifications :
- Night and Weekend availability required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of OpenTable (Preferred)
