- Strong situational awareness, vigilance, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
- Experience in handling and operation of firearms, with proper licensing and certifications to carry a firearm in the state of Michigan.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills to manage incidents professionally and de-escalate potential situations.
- Knowledge of access control procedures, site patrolling, and general security protocols.
- Physical fitness to perform duties such as standing for extended periods and patrolling assigned areas.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not required.
