Handyman / Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a reliable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to support a growing residential property management portfolio. This role is ideal for someone skilled in general repairs who takes pride in quality work and professionalism.
Responsibilities include:
- General maintenance and repair for residential rental properties
- Minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, and locks
- Unit turns and punch lists between tenants
- Responding to work orders in a timely manner
- Communicating clearly with property management and tenants
Qualifications:
- Prior handyman or maintenance experience
- Knowledge of basic residential repairs
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Own basic tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time well
Preferred (not required):
- Rental property or property management experience
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing background
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
