- Resident Support — Provide warm, attentive assistance to residents, helping with transportation scheduling, activity sign‑ups, maintenance requests, and general inquiries.
- Front Desk Operations — Manage phones, greet visitors, monitor entry points, and maintain a professional, organized reception environment.
- Communication Coordination — Relay information between residents, families, staff, and leadership; distribute mail; update community calendars; support emergency communication protocols.
- Hospitality Services — Deliver a high‑touch customer service experience, anticipating needs and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Administrative Tasks — Maintain logs, complete documentation, support scheduling, assist with event preparation, and manage basic data entry.
- Safety & Security Awareness — Monitor visitor access, follow emergency procedures, and maintain awareness of resident safety needs.
