Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee a large team of Sales Executives, providing leadership, accountability, and development to elevate team performance.
- Proactively identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Partner with operations and account management teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Present streamlined technology solutions and conduct detailed analyses to address customized needs in challenging areas.
- Lead, coordinate, develop, and manage all aspects of the proposal process.
- Close deals, activate new relationships, and retain existing clients to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 10-12 years in sales leadership, with preferred experience in freight forwarding.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High energy level with a passion for prospecting and building relationships.
- Competitive nature.
