LOCATION: Century City, CA ( In Office) - Remote/Hybrid available after 3 Months
PAY RANGE: $110K - $175K
REQUIREMENTS/JOB DETAILS:
- Determine the viability of the potential case
- Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression
- Sell the Firm's strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign
REQUIREMENTS
- Fully in Office Position
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- Minimum 1 year in field
- Strong knowledge of Employment Law
- Licensed Attorney in the State of California
- Strong sales skills with demonstrated ability to close
- Ability to be persuasive and a good listener
- Strong Familiarity with Pre Litigation and Litigation Processes
