Our Client is a multi-national law firm with wonderful benefits. They are looking for a transactional attorney that is barred in GA. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in middle-market and larger cash flow and asset based financing transactions, preferably representing arrangers, agents, and lenders. Experience in a large law firm is preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and communication skills. In addition, candidates should possess leadership skills, be comfortable working directly with clients and work well with others.
