- Assign, delegate, and oversee tasks for case managers, legal assistants, and office staff
- Conduct thorough discovery to gather evidence for successful litigation
- Evaluate medical records and reports, applying criteria from the American Medical Association Guides to Permanent Disability 5th Edition
- Determine appropriate case values and draft settlement demands
- Negotiate settlements and provide clients with informed recommendations on legal matters related to their workers' compensation cases
- Represent clients at depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings with proficiency in litigation
