Senior DBA Requirements:
Critical thinker with solid SQL server experience
- Hands on experience with SQL Server in 2008R2, 2012 and 2014.
- SQL Clusters (active/passive, active/active)
- SSRS
- SSIS
- VLDBs management and design
- PowerShell or VBscript
- Experience with Erwin or Visio; physical and logical modeling
- Complex TSQL tuning experience
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Review Database design and makes recommendations for enhancements or improvements
- Ready to support enterprise 24X7
- Experience and/or interest with; mysql, nosql, san technology, server technology, and c# is a plus
- MUST have experience in supporting high traffic web site
- Web site traffic should be 60 million page views/month and 500 K simultaneous users
- MUST have experience in architecting and tuning the database server to support the above traffic requirements
