Key Responsibilities:

Legal Research and Writing: Conduct comprehensive legal research and skillfully craft written documents to support our clients' cases.

Litigation Expertise: Collaborate with our team throughout all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, assisting with discovery, and preparing for trial.

Motion Practice: Utilize your expertise in drafting and responding to discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, and demurrers/motions to dismiss in both California and Federal Courts.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the field of Personal Injury law.
- Proven track record of success in handling Personal Injury cases.
- In-depth knowledge of California and Federal Court procedures.
