A rapidly growing boutique law firm in Palos Verdes is looking for a full-time Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate will be working in-office, supporting a very experienced group of attorneys. The ideal candidate will join in providing clients with the highest caliber of legal representation available. This firm focuses on business, employment and real estate litigation. The firm’s frequent successes have given them a stellar reputation amongst colleagues and clients.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of litigation experience
- MUST have experience in preparing, formatting, and serving pleadings, motions, notices, discovery, and filing documents in California state court.
- Experience with scheduling hearings, depositions and proceedings
- Manage a firm calendar
- High Proficiency in Word and Outlook.
